Very good pizzas and Indian food

We ordered pasta about 1 month ago. 1 dish was completely forgotten and delivered later. We thought yeah can happen. Today we ordered again. 2 cheeseburgers and 2 farmer's salads. 2 cheeseburgers and 1 salad arrived. After I called and complained, she was told to send someone straight to deliver the salad. Well we are still waiting for the salad after 1 hour! Apparently, Star Pizza is not dependent on sales even in Corona times, which encourages me to avoid this shop !!!

Incomprehensible. Lieferando and this pizza service obviously cannot communicate with each other. Different address given to Star via Lieferando, pizza was still sent to the old delivery address. Pizza delivery man didn't want to speak on the phone because he doesn't speak German. Are you really serious? I also sent a message to Lieferando to report your inability.

We very, very often order from Star Pizza via Lieferando, I had this Mexican enchilada casserole and I wrote it without alopinos in capital letters & with several exclamation marks, because I know from the past that my comments will be ignored. First of all, the delivery took longer than stated & then the supplier rings the bell because he was obviously in a hurry. When I tried my casserole, I quickly noticed that my comment was ignored again & after that happened several times I decided to call them because I absolutely couldn't eat it because it was so spicy. On the phone, the lady said there weren't any in there, but I even saw that there were some. Then a gentleman answered and said the same thing. But when I told him that I had this casserole without alopinos and that it was absolutely not spicy, he said I should write that I want it without spicy. But I did! I wrote that the spicy should be left out, so it's my own fault ? Endless discussions instead of finding a simple solution out of goodwill! As I said, we are regular customers! Ah no! We WERE regular customers! Incredible, important juice shop! By the way, wasn't the first time that I had problems there, it just never felt necessary to complain, why should I? They don't know goodwill !!!!!

We don't think the pizza is that great here, but the pasta is okay. A good option if you're hungry and don't feel like cooking. In the case of Italians, however, a star deduction tastes better.

That was definitely the last time, waiting 55 minutes. It wasn't the first time we had problems with you. I had to warm up pizza in the microwave - it wasn't even lukewarm anymore! Your luck that I didn't let you go back, but we don't order any more, you are not recommended!

Until then I had to find out when eating the food that there was a piece of wire in my food and I could hardly breathe anymore! which is absolutely not possible. therefore 1 star and under no circumstances will I order there again!

Ordered at 9:40 pm. Food came too late, but still within the limits. Pizza was maximally lukewarm. There was nothing to taste of the ham. Hardly to enjoy roast duck and roast chicken. Without great hunger, the food would have ended up in the trash

Attention as of 08/15/20 All prices have been increased by one euro on average! In times of temporary VAT cuts, a joke! The prices for what you get are still way too high. Each meal almost € 8 and the amount has shrunk at the same time. Fried ravioli: 5-6 tired wheels, too salty the dish and the onions completely crumble. Furthermore, several pizzas delivered wrongly and then to hear from the boss that he is NOT making any mistakes. That’s it for Starpizza.

Well, very sad. The pizza was served cold without serviettes, and you tasted it as if it came from a discount store ☠️. You can do the same at home for a cheaper price. The shop itself is in great need of renovation.

Every time really every time you wait for the order for over an hour. An order was not passed without a call where the food stayed !!! And every time he delivers to Ludwigsburg instead of Kornwestheim because they don't look right. Food arrives cold. In itself, the food is okay.

We have always delivered on time for years. The food always arrives hot or at least warm enough. With such a wide range of different dishes, you mostly expect ready-made products that do not taste good, but every meal, whether Indian, pasta or pizza, is freshly prepared and tastes delicious. We are still happy to order and cannot confirm the largely poor reviews.

I wil stick to pizza from here.....For a change I ordered Indian food(butter chicken + rice and pizza bread)....the rice was smellling so wierd....and the chicken in the butter chicken seemed to be old.....the only saving grace was the 2 euro pizza bread....

Ordered at 00; 18 at Lieferando At 01:19 the call came that the driver had been stopped by the police. He's on the way. At 2:00 a.m. the doorbell rang and the driver was correct and completely under pressure !. Pizza was a disaster! Also been cold. The Turkish salami for 2 € extra was not on it. The tiramisu for 4 € was also forgotten. 2 hour wait ... Never again ordered me !!! with you. How can anyone so many positive reviews at Lieferando have ?. I will definitely ask for my 4 € back via Lieferando !. Real scandal.

Horrible service. Horrible food. You order something you get something different and you pay for something else. Can't be worse
